Seng Leong assists multinationals, private equity and real estate funds, as well as government-linked entities in M&A, valuations, due diligence and infrastructure advisory engagements across Southeast Asia.

Previously, Seng Leong was at Ernst & Young LLP in New York and PT EY Indonesia in Jakarta where he helped many private equity funds, conglomerates and entrepreneurs with their transaction requirements.

He helps businesses to understand the megatrends impacting their sector and assist in clarifying the strategic imperatives required to respond to such market forces. He also helps them to understand how to better allocate capital to timely corporate actions that will support their strategic goals for sustainable growth, competitive advantage and long-term value.
 

Seng Leong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Merit) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a non-practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr Mark Yip currently oversees the growth of over 4,200 associates and overall expansion of the company as Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Group. Since coming onboard, he has launched several initiatives such as Millionaire Associate Program, Millennial, Recruitment Challenge and revamped the training for associates. Huttons has also won the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2021 in April.

Mr Mark Yip was appointed as City Developments Limited (CDL)’s Chief Marketing Officer in 2014, heading the Marketing & Sales, and Leasing operations of residential, retail and commercial spaces. On 1 February 2018, Mr Yip was re-designated Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving revenue growth and revenue-generating activities through departments & countries. In addition, Mr Yip was also CEO of CDL China Limited, an appointment held since April 2016.

Prior to joining CDL, Mr Mark Yip held various key leadership positions across a range of industries.  He was at Far East Organization where he was Deputy Director overseeing sales planning and operations. CEO of Royal Sporting House (Malaysia), Director of PUMA, Executive Director of Circle Freight (Brunei), Eagle Global Logistics Corporation and General Manager of ComfortDelGro Bus.

Mr Yip holds a Bachelor and Masters of Business and was recipient of the Logistics Management Group Prize from RMIT in Melbourne. He completed the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and Asia Pacific Advanced Management Programme from the National University of Singapore.

Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. 

Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.

Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management.  Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.

A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events.  Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.

Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Maricel Brion-Lirio is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Filinvest REIT Corp, the commercial REIT platform of the Filinvest Group. Filinvest REIT or FILRT has recently gone public with a unique advocacy for green sustainable and digital offices of the future, starting with the vast expanse of Filinvest City, in Northgate Cyberzone, one if the first PEZA registered IT Parks in the Philippines, where the company has 16 out of its 17 REIT buildings in operation. Maricel obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Assumption College Makati. She also attended the Business Management Program of Asian Institute of Management and earned units in the Graduate School of Management at the University of San Francisco, California, USA)

Dan Whitmore heads the Global Portfolio Solutions Team at Knight Frank across Asia Pacific. In this role, Dan help clients to optimise, connect, and transform their real estate interests across the region.

Dan’s work has given him a wealth of experience in real estate consultancy, business development and account management in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Throughout his career in real estate services, he has built up a strong track record in integrated service delivery with expertise in portfolio strategy, tenant representation, transaction management, project management, occupancy planning, lease administration, and integrated facilities management.

Dan’s experience has enabled him to develop and deliver cutting-edge outsourcing solutions to clients helping add value across their portfolios.

Based in Singapore, Bajpai is responsible for accelerating the growth of Colliers’ Occupier Services business across Asia, in close partnership with his counterparts in Australia and New Zealand, by focusing on building scale across the region. He also collaborates closely with Colliers’ global heads of Occupier Services to harness new client opportunities and deliver innovative services, while expanding client relationships.

Bajpai has more than 20 years of extensive commercial real estate experience, including more than 15 years at Colliers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results across Asia. He has most recently been driving the growth of Colliers’ Corporate Solutions business in Asia and has built an enviable portfolio of both local and global Fortune 500 clients.

To enable Colliers to further capitalise on the immense market growth potential in the supply chain & logistics as well as data centre sectors, Bowens leads the new Industrial service line and is focused on developing Colliers’ industrial strategy across Asia. He will also attract and develop industry leaders to help build the scale of the new service line and expand Colliers’ client relationships across the region.

Based in Singapore, Bowens has almost 20 years of industry experience, including more than 10 years at Colliers. He has been leading the Enterprise Market Solutions business in Asia and is an expert in providing transaction management and strategic planning services to corporate occupiers. Bowens has an extensive knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and has managed a notable portfolio of client accounts, including Fortune 500 companies in sectors such as technology, financial services, aviation, and consumer goods.
